Return & Refund Policy

We take great care in preparing and packaging all food products, including turmeric powder, pickles, red chili powder, coriander powder, namkeen, papad, garam masala, and moringa powder.

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of these items, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective at the time of delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered

Return Request Conditions:

  • A request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging are required as proof
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned due to taste preference or personal dislike
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Refund Policy:

  • Once the issue is verified, a refund or replacement will be initiated
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • In case of replacement, the new product will be shipped at no extra cost
